Graham Uney and Olivia Abbott, along with our dog, Bert, are your hosts at Bampton Shop & Tea Room. We'll be looking after you and making sure you find everything you need, whether it's a pint of milk from the shop, or a cup of tea and a piece of cake from the tea room, or you're staying a night or two in one of our rooms.
As well as being breakfast chef extraordinaire, Graham
is a qualified mountain and walking skills instructor, and when not in the shop or the kitchen, he is usually to be found with a group of clients out in the Lake District fells. During the winter he is also one of the Lake District National Park's Felltop Assessors, climbing Helvellyn daily to assess the weather conditions and make the National Park safer for all. If you'd like to find out more about walking with Graham, visit www.grahamuneymountaineering.co.uk
is an ex-journalist and has also worked on and off in the catering and hospitality industry for more years than she cares to remember. She is a keen baker, and is enjoying experimenting with new recipes for the tea room. At the time of writing, she is also just about to undergo the Post Office training for the shop.
